Julian Scaff

Julian Scaff is an educator and creative director with expertise in UX design, interaction design, creative leadership and futurecasting. A native of California, he has been a professional designer for more than 20 years working for many tech companies and non-profits. Over the last decade Julian has taught design and interactive media at universities in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. He is the author of two artist books and has published numerous articles on design and sustainability. He has an MFA in Art and Design from the Dutch Art Institute, an MA in Film and Television from UCLA, and a BA in Media Studies from Pitzer College. In 2015 Julian was a featured TEDx speaker at TEDxCrenshaw in Los Angeles. In his spare time he writes and makes electronic music and video art.
