Melissa Andrada is a learning and brand strategist with a passion for helping other people find their passion. She co-founded and runs Qlue, a consultancy that helps people do the best work of their lives. She spent the past five years working at Wolff Olins and Big Spaceship inspiring senior leaders at organisations like Skype, Macmillan, NewDay, World Animal Protection and EE to grow their impact socially and commercially. She co-founded and ran Kitchen, the corporate learning of Wolff Olins, to help clients scale their impact through technology and learning. She's been lucky enough to teach at General Assembly on both sides of the pond -- New York, San Francisco and London.
