Are you tired of the status quo? Do you want to make a more meaningful and equitable contribution to society? If you could lead a revolution, what would it be?
These are the questions keeping up Social Change Strategist, Workshop Facilitator & Leadership Coach Melissa Andrada up at night.
A returning activist who lost their roots while in pursuit of more conventional forms of success masked as ‘social good’, Melissa will share her own journey amidst the Pandemic of returning to fight for a more equitable society where we all feel seen, accepted, supported and loved by our communities and our government.
As a queer Filipina American born in Nigeria who came to the States as an undocumented immigrant, as a once painfully shy straight-A student with chronic depression and anxiety who went on to become a COO of a VC-backed startup in London, Melissa has deep experience in transforming crisis and oppression into a profound source of power, courage, and creativity.
Now, she’s ready to take that journey beyond individual and business transformation to create more fundamental and equitable change around our systems of education, healthcare, and civic engagement.
Melissa is excited to galvanize a conversation and debate on the future of leadership and our society.
