The second half will focus on how to pitch your story to potential employers, partners and influencers -- and how to develop a personal development roadmap and community support strategy to stay resilient and transform your goals into reality.
Melissa Andrada is a Creative Strategist, Leadership Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Motivational Speaker who first found one of her many dream jobs as a brand strategist at Wolff Olins, a highly respected creative consultancy in New York City amidst the 2008 recession. Years later she convinced a CEO to hire her as a Head of Product when she’d never run a product team before and got promoted to Chief Operations Officer, helping raise $1.9 million of VC funding and hiring and building a startup from the ground up.
