Melissa will share her own personal journey of transformation as a queer woman of color in tech. She’ll be real with you, sharing the lows and highs of her confidence journey — from getting hard-to-hear feedback from a VC to winning over the hearts of executive-level talent leaders.

No matter your seniority, experience or privilege, no one feels confident 100% of the time. Confidence is always a work in progress.
