Kim Nicol is a life coach with expertise in mindfulness and leadership. She uses mindfulness, appreciative inquiry, and possibility thinking to help her clients become more confident, effective leaders. She is the host of The New Manager Podcast.
A former lawyer, Kim changed careers after realizing that life is temporary and you never know how much of it you get. She began to ask, "How do I want to live the gift of my life?" It led her to a career in coaching and personal development. She has worked with over a thousand managers in many industries and organizations around the world. Currently, Kim is a Program Manager on the Learning & Development team at LinkedIn. She also leads mindfulness workshops to help teams connect as humans, increase well-being, and find relief from stress and burnout.
Kim lives in San Francisco. She loves plants and horses.
