We're humans trying to do great work. Sometimes, it's hard. So let's connect and meditate together.
Learn a simple mindfulness meditation that you can use anywhere -- even with eyes open as you move through the world. You'll do a guided meditation, silent practice, and partner practice that's good for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
