Stephen has more than nine years’ experience working in the field of digital analytics, research and enterprise data management. As the Data & Insights Lead, SEA at SapientNitro, Stephen Tracy is focused on developing creative and impactful measurement solutions that help his clients understand and make sense of their data.
Prior to joining SapientNitro Stephen led an award winning regional analytics and research practice at a Waggener Edstrom (WE) where he worked with clients like Microsoft, Cisco, Shangri-La and Body Shop. His role at WE was focused on leading the analytics team, as well as to drive growth through innovation. This included the development and launch of new analytics and research offerings, products and methodologies, including an award winning online influencer monitoring and ranking platform known as Fluid Influence.
Before WE, Stephen also led the Singapore analytics program at MRM/McCann, where he worked with clients like Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Unilever Food Solutions and Nestle.
He is also a board and jury member of the I-COM Digital Creativity Awards, and he sits on IAB’s Measurement & Standards Committee.
Overall, Stephen is deeply passionate about analytics and research and believes that the best applications of data-driven thinking are always found at the intersection of creativity and science.
