Paul has a deep knowledge of strategic design and user experience.

He is also an experienced manager and mentor.

In a digital career spanning nearly 20 years he has also majored in client liaison, cut WAI-compliant accessible front-end code and served time as a web editor.

While interaction design and information architecture remain second nature, he is increasingly drawn towards the use of customer-centred design in product and service development.

Back in the mists of time he completed an apprenticeship in journalism.

He occasionally writes about himself in the third person.
