Jess Tang currently works as a Strategic Planner at Zeno Group. She is focused on developing marketing strategies that achieve actual business objectives, providing consumer insights, platform knowledge and best practices within the landscape for the various teams she works with. She is part of Matt’s team at Zeno, and contributes towards discovery of technological innovations that can be leveraged to effectively solve client challenges.
At Zeno, she is often also referred to as Zeno’s content/creative strategist. Known for having a strong eye for creative, she acts as an internal gatekeeper to quality content. She has a comprehensive understanding of the factors that make up great content, and uses her expertise to constantly push the team into expanding boundaries and possibilities in creative executions.
Before Zeno, Jess was a Social Director at Flok, a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer (PMD). She led the one of the two biggest strategic client accounts as Account Manager, and was the main driving force towards actively increasing the business scope and expanding the agency’s production portfolio into various content formats.
Jess graduated from National of University Singapore with a Bachelor in Arts and Social Sciences, majoring in Communications and New Media.
