VP People Development, Gravity Payments + Host of Silent Superheroes

James discovered his passion for developing teams and organizations during his 15 years spent leading product development organizations in the tech sector. Driven by his belief that "Humans aren't resources", he is currently the VP of People Development at Gravity Payments, a thought leader in employee compensation. James is a mental health advocate through his Silent Superheroes podcast, telling the story of the millions of Americans working with a mental illness informed by his own experience with addiction and managing bipolar 2 disorder. He is also an ICF certified coach and educates new managers through his Art of Management class.
