Rates of anxiety and depression are on the rise, with 1 in 4 of your employees likely to experience symptoms of a mental illness in any given year. And yet in most workplaces, people suffer in silence fearful that the stigma surrounding mental illness will be used against them when they're evaluated for performance, and will prevent their upward growth.
