Angie has over 10 years experience in user-centred design and delivery of UX strategy and implementation across both offline and digital channels.
Angie is very experienced in all aspects of assessing user needs with broad variety of qualitative user research methodologies ranging from in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, usability tests to focus groups. Yet she knows the importance of quantitative data for decision-making and thus combines these methodologies with quantitative methods like web analytics, a/b testing, surveys & polls. She has consulted a number of start-ups on how to best use UX methodologies and focus on a cost-effective way to integrate user-centred thinking into the development process of a product or service.
Before joining Hiser at the beginning of 2013, she was a UX lead for Deloitte Digital and worked for large accounts like Telstra, Energy Australia and the Department of Justice (VIC). Prior to her MBA in Australia, she was Managing Partner at an agency (Zeix AG) in Switzerland and managed numerous Customer Experience projects for a variety of companies in Europe (Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Media & Publishing, Transport, Retail, and Financial Services).
