This class covers the basics of the User-Centred Design process, from understanding your users' goals and how these should influence your design decisions, to creating streamlined paths for them so they can achieve their goals with the least amount of effort.
This class is ideal for designers who want to make their products simpler and easier to use, or anyone involved in the design or development of a new product or service and wants to make it more usable.
