Allie Armitage helps people create fulfilling lives that feel true to who they are inside. Her approach blends self awareness tools, including emotional intelligence and mindfulness, with entrepreneurial and design processes. She has worked with organizations such as General Assembly, the Conscious Venture Lab, Cureate, and the Laudato Si accelerator at the Vatican, among others. Allie also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland’s Academy for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Her first foray was experiencing startup life firsthand, co-founding a stationless bike share called weBike. Through the journey, Allie realized how fundamental personal growth was to bringing an idea to life; as well as to many life endeavors. She followed this thread to study a variety of tools, methodologies, frameworks and approaches to better understand herself and her capacity to create. Now she pulls from her training and experiences to offer coaching, training and workshops that help others navigate life with greater clarity, possibility, intention, and magic.
