About this event

Social media engagement builds customer-brand relationships, strengthens brand loyalty, and increases word-of-mouth advocacy, which is a much more potent conversion tool than advertising.

But while most startups and small businesses engage in social media marketing in some level, few manage to produce contagious content that social media users engage with and share.

With increasing number of businesses competing for user’s attention on social media channels and due to recent algorithm updates brands of all sizes need to work even harder to cut through the noise and remain visible and relevant to their audiences.

So how can we do it better?

Join She Means Business accredited trainer and social media expert Joanna Michaels to discover some interesting facts about the psychology of social media engagement and learn how brands can use those lessons to create content that brings customers closer, give them more of what they want and create lasting relationships.
