    About this event

We hear stories every month about overdesigned products – those products where millions were spent on features users never wanted and never plan to use. It’s easy to fall into traps: in our quest to push the limit and make the shiniest object in the room, we can forget that our real goal is to make someone’s life better.

We’ve partnered with dscout and 100pm to bring in three Chicago-based product leaders to talk about how their users are always first. What does it mean to work within a customer-centric team, and how can you keep the voice of the people throughout a build? We’ll learn from the best (and even have time to network.)

    Takeaways

Methods for keeping teams aligned on a customer-focused goal How to escape internal bias and build for someone else Best practices to build for a great experience What to do when you miss the mark
