realestate.com.au was born in a Melbourne garage in 1995 and to celebrate its 20th anniversary we've joined forces to help get your ideas Out of the Garage.

Pitch your idea in two minutes or less to win one of five $1000 prizes & kick-start your first project, startup or big idea for disruption!

This evening is for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to make a difference - especially early stage startups who want to gain experience pitching!

The Pitch:

realestate.com.au disrupted the real estate advertising market with technology and innovative thinking - what is the next industry in line for disruption, why should it be disrupted and what is the first step you are going to take to do it?

Think for social good, for innovation, to change the future, to grow an industry, to challenge the the norm.

• You have 2 minutes to pitch & 5 slides maximum
• the 5th & last slide must answer 'How will you invest the $1000 prize?"

Teams:

• The first 15 teams to enter will have the chance to pitch
• Teams can be minimum 1 or maximum 3

The Panel

Our panel will judge the pitches and award prizes to the winners.

There will also be one audience vote, so bring your friends, colleagues and next door neighbours...there will be plenty of time for drinks, nibbles and mingling after the event!

Prereqs & Preparation

None, this evening is for anyone with an entrepreneurial sprit who wants to make a difference and take the first step with a little help from our friends at realestate.com.au!

Audience members + friends - please make sure to register.

Those who want to pitch - make sure to register yourself as a team or individual and prepare your 2 minute pitch. You will have a maximum of 5 slides, the 5th & last slide must answer 'How will you invest the $1000 prize?". The first 15 teams to register will be able to pitch so make sure to get in fast!

We'll contact you to receive your slide deck - have this ready to send over no later than Thursday 27 August - 9am.

Please be committed and available to pitch on the night as we wouldn't want anyone to miss out on the chance to win!
