Whether you're a print designer looking to go digital, a developer wanting to pick up some design skills, or you're just interested in digital design in general, come along and learn how and why you should design for the web. In 3 hours you'll gain web design fundamentals and best practice tips from a pro.
This class will cover the importance of solid web design, and provide an overview of the digital design process. We'll discuss the main challenges of designing for a digital environment, how to design with usablity & interaction in mind, and how to design fluid & responsive layouts. We'll also go through a demo in which we'll create the wireframes for a basic site, with usability & reponsiveness in mind.
