Now that you understand design thinking and how the design process works, it’s time to explore one of the most popular sectors of human centered design and UX, user research.
This free, 2-hour workshop is the perfect place to get your feet wet. From understanding where user research fits into the UX design process, to formulating questions and conducting user interviews, to defining the needs and behaviors of your target audience using empathy maps, you’ll learn how to use unbiased interview methods to get into your user's head and ensure you’re designing products that they actually need.
Make sure to join us for next week where we’ll cover Customer Journey Mapping Basics. You’ll apply what you learned from this user research workshop to visualize your user’s pain points with a journey map. We’ll see you there.
