Vicki O'Meara is the President and CEO of Analytics Pros, Inc., a high growth privately owned global marketing data analytics company based in Seattle. Previously, Vicki led major operating divisions for both Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Ryder System, Inc., including global e-commerce, supply chain solutions, and business process outsourcing businesses, with a combined P&L of $3B and responsibility for over 30,000 employees. She began her career at these two Fortune 500 companies as their chief legal officer and also led many other staff functions including strategy, human resources, IT, business continuity and government affairs. Prior to these roles, Vicki was a partner and practice leader for the global law firm Jones Day, as well as a White House Fellow (serving on the staff of the White House Counsel and the Domestic Policy Council for President Reagan), as Assistant Attorney General of the Department of Justice (nominated by President G.H.W. Bush) and as an Army Captain in the Pentagon. Vicki is a member of the International Women's Forum and AWESOME, a women's supply chain leadership organization. Vicki has served on the Boards of Directors of two $5+B NYSE companies, Laidlaw, Inc. and Health Management Associates, Inc. prior to the sale of those companies.
