About this workshop
This half day workshop will introduce the fundamentals of design thinking and the Lean Canvas and how these approaches can help develop innovative solutions for the complex challenges we face as businesspeople.
Design thinking is a human-centred approach aimed at solving problems and identifying opportunities for innovation. Balancing the needs, desires and possibilities of consumers, technology and business, it creates a system where insight can drive innovation.
In the past we used to make very complicated Business Plans. Now we use the Lean Canvas. Lean Canvas promises an actionable and entrepreneur-focused business plan. It focuses on problems, solutions, key metrics and competitive advantages.
