As online applications and websites have moved from a page-based model to become more fluid and include complex interactions and states, it becomes more difficult to model interaction ideas using a traditional wireframe. Prototypes are a great way to design and communicate these more intricate ideas to stakeholders, visual designers and developers alike. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of prototyping in Adobe’s Experience Design (XD), one of the newest prototyping software packages available today. You'll do this by creating a prototype of a common user interaction that simulates different states as well as success and failure cases.
This workshop is for information architects, user experience designers, visual designers and product leads who dream up digital products and want to quickly explore ideas and communicate complex (and sometimes subtle) interactions.
