About this workshop

You work with diverse teams to create amazing products.

You get why diversity is important, but when words like toxic masculinity, racism, or privilege come up, alarms go off and you don’t what to do.

You need the skills to communicate across any difference, even when the going gets tough.

In this bootcamp, we’ll break down how our brains work and how they activate in tough situations. With this base, we’ll practice tools that help us regulate our emotions. Then, we’ll get a simple, effective model for communicating across any difference.

With these tools you’ll feel confident that you can engage diversity as a way to build trust and unity. You will celebrate our differences, and welcome the moments when the going gets tough.

Takeaways

  • Increased ability to see from another persons perspective
  • Understanding of how stress affects our ability to work together
  • Tools to decrease stress while increasing connection and trust
