And in that spirit, we’re excited to share some exciting news on the General Assembly front—we’ve been selected by Japan-based real estate development company Mitsui Fudosan to provide AI and digital talent transformation training programs as the core of their new “DX Trainee System” for employees.
We’re honored to play a role in making Mitsui Fudosan’s new digital experience initiative, dubbed “DX Vision 2030,” a reality and being able to show that no matter the industry, no matter the region, tech skills play a mission-critical role in helping companies of all kinds play at their peak.
The DX Trainee System and GA’s Role Within It
In Mitsui Fudosan’s DX Trainee System, selected employees from various departments across their business will be transferred to their DX headquarters for the span of one year to acquire in-demand digital skills through our award-winning tech training.
Featuring an industry-unique mix of live lectures, hands-on projects, and so much more, we’ll be providing specialized tech training courses in:
- Product management
- Data analytics
- Digital marketing
- UX design
- AI
All courses will feature essential digital skills for cross-functional business personnel to be able to meet the present and future demands of their roles and work better together. Combining our active learning approach with Mitsui Fudosan’s business insights, the system, and our trainings, aim to cultivate DX employees who can immediately contribute to their respective departments upon completing the one-year program.
