    Zuby Onwuta is a legally blind innovator, disability advocate, speaker, author, inventor of "Think and Zoom: Brain Control for Blind Assistive Tech", and creator of #SmartAssistiveTech. Hardships from losing 3 careers: Medicine, US Army and Engineering to legal blindness, inspired him to invent "Think and Zoom", a solution that reads and responds to human brain waves, to provide vision augmentation and reading assistance. He is now the Founder of Think and Zoom, a startup with a vision of "Creating a world, where visual impairment no longer steals dreams, or kills careers". Think and Zoom the startup has received many accolades, including Austin Inno Top 50, and winner at Pitch Black, Pitch-a-Kid and Health Cell competitions. His previous work experience include software engineering roles at Lucent, Goldman Sachs & Co and IBM, with fortune 500 clients like The White House, NASA and Bloomberg. Accomplishments include 2 USPTO issued patents, speaking engagements at TEDx, SXSW, United Nations and Disability Advocacy at the US Congress. He is a recipient of the Volunteer Service Award from US President, Barack Obama for STEM mentoring. He was named a "Tech Titan" in the book ‘Achievements in Black Austin’, by Anita C. Roberts, and a "Top 50 Innovator" by the US Disability Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago, as well as Innovation certificates from MIT, Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School.
