Zachary has been working in the software talent acquisition and consulting space in Austin for the last five years. He has been very involved in the open source, SaaS and Leadership communities and has facilitated the placement of hundreds of candidates across multiple industries and tech stacks all across Austin.

Through his experience in interview coaching, process improvement and negotiation, Zachary holds a unique understanding of what employers are looking for when it comes to hiring in the local technology space.
