Zach is an enthusiast with a passion for learning, design, and problem solving. He has over 12 years of digital healthcare experience with a strong track record in digital project processes to ensure a user-focused, modern, and seamless experience.
He works closely with agency teams and clients to understand the needs of their users and match those up to the goals of the company. He manages a cross-functional team of UX designers across 20+ unique agency brands.
He is also a graduate of the GA UX program and uses the knowledge he learned there as a foundation for his current human-centered design practices. His aim is to empathize with users on a micro-emotional level, to think what they are thinking and feeling what they are feeling, in order to provide true value.
