Chiew Yu Sarn is the co-managing partner of Yusarn Audrey, a specialised intellectual property and corporate law firm based in Singapore.
His areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, and technology law, with a specific focus on the commercialization of IP. Yu Sarn also advises on securities and financial regulations relating to payment services, capital markets services, financial advisors, fintech, digital asset offerings, blockchain- and cryptocurrency-related matters, as well as IP financing, IP-based M&A and private equity transactions.
In 2019, 2020 and 2021, he was recognised in the IAM Strategy 300 list of the world’s leading IP strategists.
Yu Sarn serves as a Board Member of ACCESS (the Association of Cryptocurrency Enterprises and Startups, Singapore).
