Yizhao has been delivering mindfulness classes and strengthening well-being communities since she was 14 years old. A native from Beijing China, Yizhao has well travelled and worked as an expat including 11 years in Europe and 4 years in South East Asia. Her position at Google enabled her to learn and teach deep mindfulness and emotional intelligence courses at Google offices globally (as well as the popular "Search Inside Yourself"). After attending over 50 meditation retreats and trainings around the world with renowned wisdom teachers since 2002, Yizhao received guidance to keep sharing what was passed down to her.
