Lee Xueling leads digital partnerships and M&A for Bain & Company in Asia-Pacific.

Xueling joined Bain in 2011 in the Singapore office and has focused on driving large-scale business and digital transformations for large regional companies as they scale across Asia-Pacific and globally. Prior to Bain, Xueling was a teacher in Singapore’s Ministry of Education.

Xueling has combined her passion for social impact and leadership development at work and outside of work. At Bain, Xueling leads the Southeast Asia Women @ Bain programme, which aims to help every woman at Bain to thrive personally and professionally. She is also heavily involved in Bain Academy, a unique leadership training program that equips next-generation senior executives with a "CEO toolkit". Outside of Bain, Xueling was formerly on the Executive Committee of Young Women’s Leadership Connection, chaired by Minister Grace Fu, and actively volunteers on pro-bono projects for nonprofits.

Xueling holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BSc in Government and Economics (First Class Honors) from the London School of Economics.
