He is a seasoned accounting and financial services professional with a diverse background of work experience. Wilton was previously a licensed registered investment adviser representative and is currently a CPA with an internationally recognized firm advising clients on technical accounting considerations. He has spent the bulk of his experience serving various professional service corporations, technology and entertainment start-ups but specializes in private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and broker dealers practices.
