    Will Collett

    QA Analyst II, auticon US

    Los Angeles

Will joined auticon US (then known as MindSpark) in December 2017. He attended Cal Poly Pomona, graduating with a Bachelors in Liberal Studies with an Emphasis in Computer Science. During and after college, he struggled finding continuous, passionate employment. After finding auticon, he has finally found a career he loves and has never looked back. He has a unique perspective of the autism spectrum, having two younger brothers with more severe behavioral issues. He spent many years resenting his diagnosis and actively fought to "be more normal". After a turning moment in his life he recognized the virtues of being on the spectrum, and started embracing it. He believes the experience has helped him better reflect and relate with people both on and off the spectrum. At auticon, he serves as both an analyst, as well as auticon US resident webmaster and blogger.
