Since 2016, Whitney has been working in the cannabis space in a variety of roles - from sales, client relations, investor relations, to social media marketing strategist, marketing director, influencer program manager. She's also an influencer herself, with a community of 60K people that share the same goals of destigmatizing cannabis and increasing access for this plant. Whitney originally created her page, @sunnny.daze, to showcase an image of what a cannabis consumer can look like, contrasting the "stoner stereotypes" with her active Colorado lifestyle. She now owns her own creative company, ok ok creative, that caters to cannabis brands looking to foster organic engagement within their communities to stand out in this emerging, highly-regulated market.
