Volker Eckl is the UI Standardization Lead at the Wikimedia Foundation, where he's working in a hybrid role as Product Manager and Engineer on the user-interface style guide and its implementation across products. Throughout his career, he has been building user interfaces that engage and empower people to be more creative and productive by involving early on and listening to the users. Wikimedia's vision is to let every single human being share all knowledge. This deeply aligns with his work focus on designing with accessibility and inclusivity as the priority.
