Vijay is the founder, chairman and CEO of Red Dot Power Pte Ltd, a new-age energy solutions provider in Singapore and leading player in the National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS) and the Electricity Futures Market. Red Dot Power Pte Ltd has been at the forefront of the electricity retail market since independent retailers began market operations. The only one-stop integrated energy solution provider that offers electricity demand management and retail electricity supply to its retail electricity consumer The energy company successfully implemented a Demand Response project for the Electricity Market Authority (EMA). Hailing from an extensive background of over 37 years of experience in business development, project financing and asset management in the energy sector.

A top graduate of the prestigious Karnataka University, Vijay went on to take up various key positions within the energy sector. He was the Director of Business Development at Globeleq, where he focused on new business development for investments in power generation sector in Asia. During his decade-long tenure with El Paso Energy USA, he has helped to develop IPP projects in India, Bangladesh and Indonesia. Prior to joining El Paso, Vijay was the Director of Oil and Gas Group Business Development with ABB for 12 years and prior to those two years in a State Power Utility in India.
