I thrive on helping teams build great products, and providing practical support and guidance for the executives and founders that lead them.
We started Product Rebels because we saw a need for product training that lasted. Too many times when we were product executives, we'd send product managers to training and they were enthusiastic and engaged for the following 2-3 weeks, and then got swallowed up by the demands of the day-day business, and the training faded away. We wanted training to last: to have the opportunity to use the new tools, have everyone speaking the same language – and most important, employ a consistent customer-driven approach every day, in every decision. So we built Product Rebels. And, we deliberately integrated support for leaders so they can reinforce good habits and actively help their teams thrive after the training is done.
Ad Astra is an accelerator that works to transform female founders into authentic leaders that get funded. We recognized a need to dramatically change the landscape for female entrepreneurs – so we developed a unique framework and curriculum to address implicit/unconscious bias. Our goal is to GET TO EVEN: when female founders represent half the startups that get funded and there are an equal number of female investors. I love working with early stage companies, and use the Product Rebels curriculum as part our broader accelerator and workshop programs
