UB has been a member of Denver's technology community since 2007, using creative ways to help tech organizations grow, by telling their stories through audio and video podcasts; helping them create a brand; or using their brand to build the best teams. As Chief Editor of JobberTechTalk, UB provides tech leaders with a platform to share their thought leadership and build their personal brand while connecting them directly with the tech community. As Chief Strategic Connections Officer with Jobber Group, he looks for connections where, on the surface, there might not be, but by building relationships and listening to the needs of others he can develop a partnership that is valuable to both parties. Jobber Group turns these partnerships into tangible, actionable insights to help align brands internally and externally to attract, hire and retain top talent. This work has led to advisory and partnership roles with organizations like the Colorado Technology Association, Culture Ambassadors, SIM Colorado, C10 and others.
