As a regional Client Services Director based in the Singapore office, Tyler has over 19 years of strategic marketing, technology and delivery experience across a number of different industries and geographies. He has led B2C and B2B, social media, retail strategy, information technology, mobile, web design, e-commerce and transformational initiatives for a range of clients.
After spending two years in the Boston office managing client relationships for Luxottica, The Hartford and Staples, Tyler has called Singapore home for over five years now where he is the regional business lead for the Unilever, Fonterra and Shiseido accounts, and leads the Southeast Asia FMCG and Travel & Hospitality verticals.
Prior to joining SapientNitro, Tyler spent 12 years at Razorfish where he held positions in both the Client Services and User Experience Design domains in Boston, NYC, Germany and San Francisco. He spent several years developing digital strategies and solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients including Cisco, T. Rowe Price, Azul Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, Western Union, The World Bank, Condé Nast, Ford Motor Company and Ann Taylor. Prior to working in the agency side of the world, Tyler spent one year with PricewaterhouseCoopers during which time he was responsible for developing best practices for serving their top tier global clients.
Tyler holds a BA in Film from Bates College, ME, USA and is actively working on his MS in Aviation Management. He is a lover of street food, bourbon, craft beer, coffee and Instagram.
