While Tsukasa thinks that listening to the people we design for is essential to solving people’s needs, he also believes that it is as important to take into account external factors such as market trends or business requirements to enable innovation. As a Service & Business Designer, Tsukasa enjoys juggling between design and critical thinking as well as qualitative and quantitative approaches in order to contribute to the shaping of desirable and viable services.
Previously a Business Designer at FJORD, Tsukasa is currently a Service & Business Designer at Spotless. Previous clients include Adecco, Carrefour, ENGIE, BT and Ocado.
