Tristan completed a PhD in human centred design for mobile mining equipment and founded Humans in Design, with the role as Human Factors and Participatory Design Consultant. Tristan contracted to the National Australia Bank as a Senior Customer Experience Expert via Humans in Design in a role that included various elements of service design including customer journey mapping, concept creation, design strategy and usability testing. Tristan now works full time as Senior Customer Experience Designer at NAB and believes that that human-centred design is the best way to improve products, services, business and societies. As a specialist in the area, he can make that happen.
