    Director of Software Development, Proximity

    Denver

Tracy Wesley is the Director of Software Development at Proximity, creating software to connect people to flexible workspaces. She has worked primarily in the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem and has experience as a freelance contractor. As an individual contributor and manager, she has utilized agile and scrum methodologies and is known for "getting things done" efficiently while continuously improving.

Tracy has a passion for innovating that compelled her to compete in the statewide Go Code Colorado contest three times, and in 2018, her team made it to the final round. In 2019, she was nominated and recognized as one of the fifteen Inno Under 25, "Colorado's most accomplished young entrepreneurs," by Colorado Inno.

In her spare time, Tracy loves spending time outdoors hiking and snowboarding as well as creative hobbies such as knitting, playing the ukulele, and (of course!) building games and other software. At her core, she is an idealist who believes the world can be changed for the better and strives to be part of that change.
