Tori Breitling
User Experience Designer and Leader of the Austin IxDA
Tori Breitling is a 16 year UX design veteran who’s career on the web started as a Senior Designer at Excite.com. After holding design positions at the CobaltGroup and Homeaway, she began her independent design career in 2007. Since then she’s contributed to successful projects for brands such as UPS, 7-Eleven, Marriott, Movember, PayPal, OpenText, Michaels Craft Stores, HomeAway and many others, designing across web, native and mobile platforms–including connected cars.
An irrepressible self-starter, Tori took the reins of the Austin IxDA in 2009, and has since built it into an active community with over 1500 members. In her spare time, Tori experiments with permaculture in her garden, and practices her woodworking skills in the workshop she built herself. She loved cats before the internet did.
