Tor Stenbakken has contributed to the Colorado-based, high-growth tech company Four Winds Interactive for 10 years. During his tenure, the company has grown from 30 to 420 people. He has held many roles including Sales Engineer, Sign Developer, and Application Services Sr. Manager, but feels like he has found his niche with his most recent position as the Director, Organizational Development on the People Operations team. He is passionate about creating community, learning & development, increasing communication, and optimizing the culture within Four Winds Interactive. Outside of work, Tor loves to spend time with his family, read, run, and play jazz saxophone.
