In her role as Audio Visual Sales Manager at ICC Sydney she puts into practice her strong background in project management, strategic planning and customer experience, with the end result always being at the forefront of her approach.

Committed to an industry she is passionate about, Toni is the founder and champion of Women in AV Australia - a group whose mission is to empower and unite female AV professionals. She actively encourages young girls and women to seek a career in AV and works towards creating and contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture.
