Toni started her career as a developer and is deeply passionate about building, experimenting and learning; and women in tech. She is a staunch advocate for the role a culture of innovation can play in transforming businesses. Prior to joining AWS Toni has experience in a range of businesses from universities and startups to large enterprise including Microsoft, Salesforce.
