Tom is a data-driven marketer, come entrepreneur and CEO. Tom was lucky enough to cut his digital marketing teeth on massive Wesfarmers media budgets and eCom projects 10 years ago. He then found himself supply-side with media and digital powerhouse Salmat, designing new business models and taking data-driven marketing to the SME masses via a world-first B2B marketing services platform. And then finally, 2-years ago at the ripe old age of 30, Tom jumped into startup land in the search for a more fulfilling professional life as entrepreneur and business owner. Tom tells a fascinating story about building Peazie, a hugely successful data startup, from scratch. And most importantly, Tom shares the most important lessons he's learnt about building a businesses for tomorrow, and how to avoid what he calls "Data Anxiety", which is sucking far too many digital marketers in, and away from doing great, simple, effective work.
