I’m a London based user experience designer with over 10 years experience working on commercial design projects, both large and small, internationally. I have a wide reputation for applying design thinking to uncover and tackle complex user problems and producing simple, useful and engaging digital products and services.
As well as being a Lead UX Instructor at General Assembly, I’m also a Senior Experience designer at Boston Consulting Group: Digital Ventures. Over the last couple of years I’ve been working to help revolutionise multiple different industries, ranging from concrete and construction to mobility and old age.
My career in design so far has been varied and wide-ranging - a process that has proven to be equal parts possible and daunting but essentially lots of fun. From making films, to art directing magazines and writing screenplays for tv shows - it’ll be good to share some of my thoughts and also find out about others’ experiences.
