I have a wide reputation for uncovering and tackling complex user problems and defining, designing and delivering transformative digital solutions for the world’s most influential companies.

Along with problem solving and delivery, I’m passionate about education and user centred design as a discipline; I regularly speak at events and have taught UX and design thinking in my role as a Lead Instructor at General Assembly.
