Todd Ciampa has been involved in Talent Acquisition leadership roles for over 10 years with delivery experience in agency, RPO and corporate environments. After spending 2.5 years as Director of Talent for a leading mortgage analytics / investment bank, he joined HomeAway as a key member of the delivery team that architected a process that helped the organization hire more engineers in a six month period than had previously been done. He currently manages HomeAway’s US Recruiting Team with a focus on providing outside the box recruiting strategies and processes that will assist the business in hiring top talent with velocity and scale. Outside of work you can find him researching potential real estate investments, making world class cuisine and spending time with his family and their beloved French Bulldog, Shadow.
