I've been a real estate investor since 2003 when I bought my first home and lived in the basement while renting out the top 2 bedrooms to friends. Inspired by the empowering feeling of home-ownership I had the epiphany that 'If I could help other people feel this empowerment on a daily basis, that is making a positive impact on the world little by little.' So I got my real estate license in 2006 and that epiphany has been my driving force ever since. I've helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes over the years, and almost all of my profits have been re-invested into real estate. I know own or co-own 23 rental units and I've helped many of my clients start and build their own portfolios of rentals over the years as well
